Pita/Jade (UK/A) Peter Rehberg (a.k.a. Pita) è artista e musicista. È una delle figure di riferimento nella scena internazionale di elettronica radicale live. Autore di performance audio elettroniche in solo o in collaborazione, è già stato ospite del festival nel 2003. Ha collaborato fra gli altri con: Russell Haswell, Florian Hecker, Carlos Giffoni (ospiti di Netmage 08) e con Jim O'Rourke, Christian Fennesz, Dennis Cooper, Gisèle Vienne, Stephen O'Malley (come KTL), Tina Frank, Matmos, Tujiko Noriko, Kevin Drumm, Marcus Schmickler, Gert-Jan Prins, Mika Vainio, General Magic, Zbigniew Karkowski, Z'EV, oltre ad essere membro dei Mimeo. Pita ha inoltre un’intensa collaborazione con registi e coreografi fra cui Gisele Vienne/DACM Meg Stuart, Chris Haring e Gyula Berger. Gestisce l’etichetta Editions Mego, precedentemente nota come Mego. Nella sua imponente discografia, gli episodi più recenti sono dedicati a KTL, progetto formato con Stephen O’Malley. Michaela Schwentner (aka Jade), artista video a sua volta già ospite di Netmage nel 2004 con il team musicale radicale austriaco composto assieme a Strohmann e Bruckmayer, vive a Linz e a Vienna. Insegna presso la Kunstuniversität di Linz lavora come curatrice per la piattaforma Rhiz a Vienna (network, etichetta, servizi web e bar), ed è co-direttrice dell’etichetta MOSZ, fondata nel 2003 con Stefan Nemeth di Radian con cui collabora inoltre per video, installazioni, live. Jade ha partecipato ai maggiori festival ed eventi internazionali e, con la sua ricerca sull’immagine video, ha contribuito in modo imprescindibile a disegnare buona parte dell’immaginario visivo della musica noise ed elettronica radicale dell’ultimo decennio. Pita has also an intense collaboration with directors and choreographers like Gisele Vienne/DACM, Meg Stuart, Chris Haring and Gyula Berger. He runs the label Editions Mego, previously known only as Mego. In his huge discography, the most recent episodes are devoted to KTL, a project conceived with Stephen O’Malley. Michaela Schwentner (aka Jade), video artist already a guest to Netmage 04 together with the radical musical team composed of Strohmann and Bruckmayer lives in Linz and in Vienna, and teaches at Kunstuniversität Linz. She also works as a curator for the Rhiz platform in Vienna (network, label, web and bar services), and is co-director of the label MOSZ, founded in 2003 with Stefan Nemeth of Radian with whom she collaborated with videos, installations, live acts.
